Shipping costs will be collected by the logistics company, and we will purchase shipping insurance for all customers.

- After receiving your order, we usually need 3-15 business days to process it. Please allow some extra time for tracking information updates due to potential minor delays from local courier companies. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

- If you are not yet registered on our website, you can track your order here using your order number and email address.

- If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will not charge any extra fees and will provide a full refund.
